Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE/PAID SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA 

Your order will be dispatched within 1-14 working days.

  • Orders placed after 12:30 PM IST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed before 12:30 PM IST on a business day will be shipped the same day, as long as payment is received, stock is available, and security checks are complete.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • During busy periods (like holidays), processing and shipping may take longer.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural areas may take extra delivery time.

For engraved or customized items, shipping will take up to 20 working days.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 7 working days.




General Scenario
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till the time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. https://gabbarstore.com/ has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by https://gabbarstore.com/ and accept https://gabbarstore.com/ decision regarding the cancellation.


Cancellation of Order by Gabbar Store
Gabbar Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Gabbar Store for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Within 2 days, except the following:
1. Items that have been used or opened
2. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
3. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
5. Jewelry [with an exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect]

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

Gabbar Store does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.

Items Damaged in Shipping:
Gabbar Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at +91 8295308884 or mail us at infogabbarstore@gmail.com. We will contact the Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once the courier company has approved and paid the claim to the Gabbar Store, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).

We strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process for our customers. If you return an item by our return policy, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, whether it is a credit card, debit card, charge card, or wire transfer. Once the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to your account within 3 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
